1. Where we ship

We ship only within Canada, to all cities of Canada. We do not ship outside Canada.

2. Shipping cost

Shipping is calculated at checkout with Canada Post, based on quantity, weight and destination. We do not offer express shipping.

3. Prices and taxes

Prices are shown in CAD without taxes. Taxes are added at checkout.

At checkout you will always see the breakdown: Subtotal / Discount (eligible products only) / Shipping / Taxes / Total.

4. Discount codes

Discount codes never apply to KITS or keratins — only to eligible Home Care products. If your cart has a Kit + an oil, the code discounts only the oil. The Kit stays at full price.

5. Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, write to us at beox.canada@gmail.com within 15 days after receiving. Return is free for damaged or incorrect products.

6. Changes

We may update this policy at any time. Changes take effect when published on our website.
