1. What we collect

Name, email, shipping / billing address, order information, messages / photos you send us for support / quote, quiz answers (hair type, concern, tint / bleaching, desired result), cookies and usage (cart, checkout, EN / ES language preference).

We do not collect your full card number. Payment is processed by the payment provider.

2. Why we use it

Only for: payment, order, shipping, returns, support, and email promos only with your consent. We use quiz answers only to recommend a Home Care routine, never to recommend keratins.

3. Who we share with

Only with providers needed to fulfill your order: Shopify, payment provider, Canada Post, email service, fraud prevention, and legal authorities when the law requires it. We do not share with affiliates, and we do not share for third parties' own marketing. We do not sell your data for money. If we use advertising tools (Meta / Google), we only share technical identifiers to show our own ads, and you can opt out.

4. Where your data is processed

We sell only in Canada, but Shopify / payment / email may process your data in the United States to fulfill your order.

5. Promos and consent

We send promos by email only if you gave consent. You can withdraw anytime by email or by the unsubscribe link in each email, within 10 business days maximum. Transactional emails (order confirmation, shipping) will still arrive even if you unsubscribe from promos.

6. Reviews / photos

We only publish your name / photo / video with your express consent. You can withdraw it by email.

7. Security and retention

Access is limited. We keep your data only as long as needed for the purpose, plus what tax / accounting law requires for invoices.

8. Your rights

Access, correction, deletion, portability, restrict, object, withdraw consent — by email to beox.canada@gmail.com. We will verify your identity before giving data. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the privacy authority.

Our site is not directed to children. You must be of legal age in your province to buy.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. Changes take effect when published, with notice for material changes.
